Termly clients: only for school-based clients
For our school-based clients, there will be a set termly charge for all 4 terms, which will be equal to 8 lessons each. Traditional school models dictate this charge must be paid upfront within the first two weeks of each school term. These dates vary and so a great deal of uncertainty exists regarding the billing. Therefore, we have customised our billing to suit not only the consistent running of our school but also to take into to account parents monthly budgeting making these high-quality services available at more affordable payment structures.
Description
Lesson cancellations:
For many years we have operated on the trust and good will of parents and teachers alike. We have not had any major issues to date but feel it is in the interests of all involved to define our cancellation policies that have been in place since 2011:
- If a lesson is cancelled prior to 48 hours of the scheduled weekly session the lesson will be
- If the student cannot attend due to a clash or is sick and the teacher is only informed within the 48hours prior to the scheduled lesson, then it is up to the parent to find another suitable time with the teacher to make-up within the following week/month.
Cancellation clause (applicable to monthly and termly students):
Please be aware that our cancellation policy has been modified and formalised. We are now operating under a term-based cancellation policy:
If you do desire to cancel classes, please be advised one calendar term in advance is required.
(To provide the finest service, this provision is widely practiced as it is fair to the student, teachers, and parents).
You will be required to pay for the full term if you fail to cancel a term/3months in advance.
